Let’s first look at the objective of the establishment of the counseling volunteers group:

“Based on the concept of growth, promote the belief of loving and helping people, assist the Counseling and Guidance Center to process its affairs, promote counseling work, help students to grow through self growth, nurture peer counseling spirits and improve the psychological health of the students of our university.”

So the task of the counseling volunteers is to “help the center help the students, becoming a “communications bridge” between the Counseling Center and the students.”  How can the counseling volunteers become the bridges between the center and the students?  To learn to help others and other counseling skills, it is very important to understand better your classmates around you and to provide the resources of the center when they are in need.  Also, the key to become a counseling volunteer is “self growth”.  You can only help others if you help yourself!  How can the counseling volunteers become the bridges between the center and the students?  To learn to help others and other counseling skills, it is very important to understand better your classmates around you and to provide the resources of the center when they are in need.  Also,

The counseling volunteers organization is divided into three professional groups: Professional Development Group, Peer Care Group and Study Guidance Group.  Each group has many courses and trainings in each semester through small groups, study groups, growth camps, workshops and seminars.
